Hello. This is just a series of updates:
We're looking to organise a combined EGM / Training Session / Kit Make & Mend / Social.
There will be fitness check for experienced fighters, and beginner training for anyone who is new to the art.
The EGM will be an open session without much of an agenda - basically to talk about what we're doing, confirm officers, etc.
The Make & Mend is an opportunity to bring along kit that needs help, and to talk about making or obtaining new kit. Shields, belts, helmets, gloves, 'kit', shows, etc.
This will take place at a hall in Birstall - probably the scout hut because it has a high ceiling.
I personally will go to the pub afterwards (the Plough) but if anyone else wants to come along, I will buy you a drink.
Not sure of the date, yet, but as soon as practicable.
